Recognition of Our Founder for Public Sector Transformation

Our founder, Mark-Odean Grant, was recognized as Change Agent of the Quarter by the Transformation Implementation Unit.


Our founder was recognized as Change Agent of the Quarter by the Transformation Implementation Unit for my service in Public Sector Transformation.

Mark-Odean Grant is an active member of the Change Agent Network (CAN) in the public sector. He is the Modernisation Specialist, Industrial/Organisational Psychology in the Public Sector Transformation and Modernization Division (PSTMD) in the Office of the Cabinet.

In his role, Mark-Odean leads change management for the PSTMP. This includes designing. implementing and analysing interventions to ensure that the change envisioned is realized.

A proud public service veteran, he boasts over 15 years in the sector, with two in his current role at PSTMD. Mark-Odean still remains as passionate about being a transformative public servant since his first day. His professional goal is to continue to apply his talents in strategic thinking, transformational leadership, service-focused and people development, to modernise the public sector experience.

As a change leader within the CAN, he is committed to helping build change capability within the public sector and supporting senior leaders in empowering their people to make the personal transitions needed to realise the desired outcomes
