  • Consistent quality and professional standards across the whole practice
  • A partnership that develops coaching partners toward greater developmental scope
  • Governance, ethics, and risk stewardship worthy of client trust
  • Succession and continuity for the partner group
  • Integration across partner streams research, learning, and practice held together

Your development journey

What we are looking for

You'll bring
  • Partner- or principal-level leadership in a professional-services or developmental context
  • The judgement to hold quality, ethics, and commercial reality together
  • A genuine gift for developing other senior people
  • Deep fluency in, and commitment to, the Visio Way
  • Sustained record of leading and developing senior practitioners
  • Recognised standing in a relevant field of practice or scholarship

Level

Senior Partner · Partners & Associates

Minimum experience

12–15+ years, including partner- or principal-level leadership.

Education

Master’s minimum; terminal degree valued.

Reporting relationship

Reports to the Managing Partner; supervises a group of partners.

Location

Remote-first · Worldwide (Caribbean & international footprint)

Compensation

US$260/hr on-call
