Visio Careers

Learning Partner

Own how Visio and its clients develop people — the Academy, curriculum, certification, and capability

If you build people for a living, come build the place that builds people.

Why this role exists

Development is Visio’s territory, and the Learning Partner owns how it happens. This role leads the Visio Academy: curriculum, certification, faculty, fellowships, and capability development.

It exists to translate what Visio knows into how people grow, inside the firm and out.

The future we are building

The question this role answers is: how do people develop? Learning Partners make development intentional rather than accidental; building capacity through repeated, increasingly complex learning experiences, not one-off training.

What you will help create

  • The Visio Academy: curriculum, certification, and faculty
  • Learning experiences built on developmental science, not one-off training
  • Certification pathways that build genuine capability over time
  • Fellowships and faculty relationships that extend Visio’s reach
  • A firm that develops its own people as deliberately as it develops clients

Your development journey

At Visio, this role exists not only to deliver value but to develop you.

You will grow in:

  • Learning leadership: owning the Academy and its curriculum
  • Developmental design scaffolding capability through the zone of proximal development
  • Faculty and fellowship stewardship

What success looks like

In your first 12 months, you will:

  • The Academy has a coherent curriculum and working certification pathways
  • Learners (internal and client) show measurable capability growth
  • A faculty and fellowship network is forming
  • Learning is visibly grounded in developmental science

What we are looking for

You'll bring
  • Deep expertise in learning, capability, or human development
  • The ability to design developmental experiences, not just courses
  • Faculty-building and curriculum leadership
  • Fluency in developmental and learning science
  •
  • Record of building learning or capability programmes with real outcomes
  • Expertise in adult development, learning design, or HRD
