Visio Careers

Research Partner

Own what Visio knows — research, evidence, intellectual property, and thought leadership.

Bring your research agenda; we’ll help you turn it into evidence the whole firm runs on.

Why this role exists

Visio’s credibility rests on evidence. The Research Partner owns R&D, assessments, publications, and the intellectual property that grounds every offering in developmental science.

This role exists so Visio’s work goes beyond opinion, but evidence and so the firm keeps learning faster than the market.

The future we are building

The question this role answers is: what should Visio know? Research Partners invest in Visio Knowledge; building the evidence base for the claim that the future of work is a human-development challenge, not only a technological one.

What you will help create

  • Original research and evidence on the future of work, life, and human development
  • Assessments and measures that make developmental capacity visible
  • Intellectual property and publications that establish Visio’s authority
  • Doctoral and institutional research partnerships
  • A knowledge base that continuously sharpens practice and learning

Your development journey

At Visio, this role exists not only to deliver value but to develop you.

You will grow in:

  • Research leadership: setting the firm’s evidence agenda
  • Instrument and IP development: assessments, frameworks, and publications
  • Thought leadership: shaping the field, not just following it

What success looks like

In your first 12 months, you will:

  • A clear research agenda is set and producing outputs
  • Assessments or measures are in use across practice and learning
  • Visio is publishing and being cited as an authority
  • Research partnerships are established and productive

What we are looking for

You'll bring
  • A strong research record and methodological rigour (qualitative and quantitative)
  • The ability to turn evidence into usable frameworks, assessments, and IP
  • Thought-leadership credibility
  • Fluency in developmental, organisational, or work-life science
  • Peer-reviewed or applied research record
  • Expertise in a Visio-relevant field (developmental / organisational / occupational psychology)
