You will:

  • Identify performance blind spots and uncover root causes
  • Design measurement frameworks that scale with purpose
  • Translate data into decision-ready dashboards and predictive models
  • Help leaders see what matters most—before it’s obvious
  • Contribute directly to Visio’s mission of empowering 10 million vision-builders by 2035

The Work You'll Do

Responsible for
  • Conducting diagnostic reviews of data systems and reporting processes
  • Designing and developing custom dashboards, KPIs, and insight briefs
  • Building predictive models and generating scenario-based forecasts
  • Translating data into strategic recommendations for internal and client teams
  • The integrity, clarity, and utility of the insights delivered
  • The decision-readiness of our analytics—empowering transformation at scale
  • Product owners, ecosystem leaders, founders, and delivery teams need strategic insight
  • Engineering and platform teams are building out data infrastructure
  • Leadership teams, client stakeholders, and transformation partners across the Visio portfolio

Qualifications

Typical Educational Background

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Data Science, or a related field.

 

Minimum of 1 year of experience in research, data analysis, or consulting roles (internship experience acceptable).

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a collaborative environment.

Proficiency in data analysis tools and presentation software (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau).
