Good delivery rests on good evidence. The Visio Analyst grounds engagements in requirements, research, diagnostics, data, process analysis, and stakeholder insight; especially important given Visio’s evidence-based, psychology-informed positioning.

This role exists so recommendations are earned, not assumed.

  • Benchmarks and assessments: that support diagnosis and design
  • Evaluation:  that shows whether the work is working

  • Research and analytical skill (qualitative and quantitative)
  • Comfort structuring ambiguous problems
  • Clear synthesis and communication
  • Proficiency with data and productivity tools
  • Early-career research, analysis, or evaluation experience
  • Strong graduates in relevant fields considered

Level

Visio Analyst · Delivery Organisation

Minimum experience

1–2 years in research, analysis, or a related field; strong graduates considered.

Education

Bachelor’s minimum.

Reporting relationship

Reports to the Delivery Manager or a Visio Certified Professional.

Location

Remote-first · Worldwide (Caribbean & international footprint)

Compensation

US$85/hr on-call
