Better Conversations Every Day™ (BCE)

Created by the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL®), Better Conversations Every Day™ (BCE) is a dynamic program that applies a simple and practical approach to teaching a set of complex skills. The program focuses on 4 core behaviors applied to real workplace challenges to build trust, psychological safety, collaboration, inclusion, resilience, and emotional intelligence needed to thrive in today’s hybrid work environment.

Program Overview

The Certified Change Agent (CCA) program was created in 2014 and is recognized internationally as a foundation step for anyone developing their career in change management, leadership or any role that supports and guides people through change.

The three-step qualification process challenges the individual to gain knowledge and demonstrate its application to real-world change situations. This is not a plug n play approach but a deep and meaningful exploration of change competency to develop participants’ ability to make change happen by thinking about change approaches and styles that will work for each unique situation they experience.

The Learning Journey

The training intensive workshop covers the essential learning components and end with the examination in the final hour of day 3. 

Participants who pass the exam will be invited to submit a written essay within 125 days. 

On passing the case study, a Certified Change Agent (CCA) designation is awarded and renewed every three years.

Great conversations begin with great questions, and BCE teaches you to enhance the quality of questions. The idea is not for you to solve the other person's problem-but to provoke self-reflection and discovery.
