Certified Change Agent (CCA)

The Certified Change Agent (CCA) program was created in 2014 and is recognized internationally as a foundation step for anyone developing their career in change management, leadership or any role that supports and guides people through change.

The three-step qualification process challenges the individual to gain knowledge and demonstrate its application to real-world change situations. This is not a plug n play approach but a deep and meaningful exploration of change competency to develop participants’ ability to make change happen by thinking about change approaches and styles that will work for each unique situation they experience..

Course Curriculum

The Workshop will cover the essential learning components and end with the examination in the final hour of day 3. Those that pass the exam will be invited to submit a written essay within 125 days. On passing the case study, a Certified Change Agent (CCA) designation is awarded and renewed every three years.

Why become a Certified Change Agent?

The Change Agent program develops skills in change management and associated tasks for successful change delivery in organisations and individuals. It is methodology agnostic, focusing on critical thinking, insights, tools, techniques, and competencies to build unique approaches that fit change events.

Gaining your Certified Change Agent (CCA) demonstrates a broad-based foundation in many change approaches and an ability to apply individual approaches to bring about change successfully.

What are some of the course activities?

The program covers theory and practice. Real-life change situations are dispersed throughout the workshop content, with regular activities to build knowledge, collaborate with peers and develop plans for specific events brought to the table for discussion.

Lego Serious Play is incorporated into the learning activities, with video analysis and several group, pair and individual activities. Learners leave with an understanding of the need to develop their change approaches, practical tools for metrics, behaviours and engagement, as well as their change agent profile.

How do I register?

A minimum payment of US$250 is required to hold your seat, and the balance must be paid 30 days before the event.

Can I transfer my registration?

Yes. you can transfer your registration to another attendee up to 14 days before the event for a $50 admin fee.

What's your refund policy?

Refunds are available up to 14 days before the event.

Full refunds (less the US$50 fee) are available if the request is made more than 30 days before the event.

50% of the value will be refunded for requests made closer to the event.

No refunds will be made within 14 days.

Attendee transfers are possible for a $50 fee up to 14 days before the event.

What if my name doesn't match my registration information?
