You will:
Identify performance blind spots and uncover root causes
Design measurement frameworks that scale with purpose
Translate data into decision-ready dashboards and predictive models
Help leaders see what matters most—before it’s obvious
Contribute directly to Visio’s mission of empowering 10 million vision-builders by 2035

Conducting diagnostic reviews of data systems and reporting processes
Designing and developing custom dashboards, KPIs, and insight briefs
Building predictive models and generating scenario-based forecasts
Translating data into strategic recommendations for internal and client teams
The integrity, clarity, and utility of the insights delivered
The decision-readiness of our analytics—empowering transformation at scale
Engineering and platform teams building out data infrastructure
Leadership teams, client stakeholders, and transformation partners across the Visio portfolio
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Data Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in research, data analysis, or consulting roles (internship experience acceptable).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a collaborative environment.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and presentation software (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau).
